What we collect

If you use the contact form: your name, company, email address, a description of the decision you are facing and, optionally, how you heard about us. We also use basic, anonymous website analytics. We do not collect more than this through the site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to manage the business relationship that may follow.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it, except with the service providers that host this website and deliver email on our behalf, who process it only for those purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep it only as long as needed for your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or you may object to its processing, by emailing the Information Officer. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
